These changes will not affect an order already accepted, except where a clear pricing or technical error has occurred. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, Zeliy may contact you for confirmation or cancel the affected item. Any amount already collected for a cancelled item will be refunded. 4. Delivery Zeliy offers free delivery to supported locations throughout the United Arab Emirates , unless otherwise clearly stated for a particular product, location, or service. Delivery is subject to product availability, courier availability, delivery restrictions, and available delivery services. Delivery times are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly stated. Zeliy will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the indicated period. Returns, Replacements and Refunds Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Zeliy Return & Refund Policy published on the Site. Eligible return requests should generally be submitted within seven calendar days of receiving the order. Products must satisfy the stated return conditions. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory return, refund, warranty, compensation, or consumer rights provided by UAE law. 8. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure by Zeliy to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce it later.
